As consultancies grow, some clients require deeper operational control, visibility, or assurance. The modules below can be enabled only when needed, allowing you to scale without overcomplicating your base setup.
These modules are optional and are typically introduced for specific clients or delivery models. Some may require additional configuration or onboarding.
Induction Module
Structured site and company inductions with digital sign-off, role-based access, and automated records.
Typical Use Case:
Construction, warehousing, multi-site operations.
When enabled, this module allows you to:
- Create site or client-specific inductions
- Capture acknowledgements and declarations
- Track induction completion across users and projects

Time & Attendance Module
Provide visibility of workforce presence where clients require attendance evidence.
When enabled, this module allows you to:
- Record sign-in / sign-out activity
- View historic attendance records by site, date, or user
- Export attendance data where required for audits or evidence
Note: This module provides attendance visibility only.
Full time & attendance linked to payroll requires additional discovery and configuration.

Clients requesting workforce presence records or audit trails.

Advanced payroll-linked configuration sits outside standard module scope.
Asset Management Module
Track, manage, and evidence control of plant, equipment, and assets.

- Maintain a clear audit trail of asset control

eLearning Hub
Link training, learning, and certification into your client delivery model.
When enabled, this module allows you to:
- Assign learning packages to users
- Track completion and certification
- Integrate training outcomes into qualification records
- Reduce reliance on external tracking spreadsheets
This is not a traditional LMS.
It is designed to support competency visibility and assurance within compliance delivery.

How Modules Are Priced
Modules are licensed per portal and sit alongside the Lite platform.
This allows consultancies to:
- Activate modules only for clients who require them
- Keep standard clients on Lite
- Protect margin by aligning delivery scope to licence structure
- Avoid over-engineering every client portal
Pricing is structured based on:
- Module type
- User volume (where relevant)
- Hosting and data footprint
- Configuration requirements
